About the journal
Advances in Applied Clifford Algebras (AACA) publishes high-quality peer-reviewed research papers as well as expository and survey articles in the area of Clifford algebras and their applications to other branches of mathematics, physics, engineering, and related fields. The journal ensures rapid publication "Online First'' and is organized in six sections: Analysis, Differential Geometry and Dirac Operators, Mathematical Structures, Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, Applications, and Book Reviews.

Articles and abstracts must be in English or in the journal's official language(s), but the journal accepts additional abstracts in other languages of the author鈥檚 choice (for instance in the author鈥檚 first language, if not English or the journal's official language). Such abstracts are optional. Authors would need to supply such abstracts themselves, certify that they are a faithful translation of the official abstract, and they must be supplied in Unicode (see www.unicode.org for details), especially if they are using non-roman characters.
Such abstracts in other languages will carry a disclaimer: "This abstract is provided by the author(s), and is for convenience of the users only. The author certifies that the translation faithfully represents the official version in the language of the journal, which is the published Abstract of record and is the only Abstract to be used for reference and citation."
Instructions to Authors
Authorship
Submission of a manuscript implies 鈥?that the work described has not been published before; 鈥?that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; 鈥?that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities at the institute where the work has been carried out; 鈥?that, if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatically transfer the copyright to the publisher; 鈥?that the manuscript will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holder; 鈥?that the manuscript should be written in English.
The Editorial Process
To speed up publication, and to ensure a unified layout throughout the journal, we require the use of LaTeX. Preparation of Manuscripts It must include a title, the author鈥檚 name(s), an abstract, and the keywords. The AMS MSC 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification codes should be added, if applicable. Pictures should not be in colour, their resolution should be at least 300 dpi, and all used fonts must be embedded; pictures should be in EPS format. All authors should give their complete addresses along with an e-mail address, if applicable. We require the use of LaTeX or AMS-LaTeX to compile the final version of the papers once that they are accepted for publication. Please note that we cannot accept electronic files produced on any other typesetting or word processing system. Class File: To simplify the transformation process between your documents and the final layout, we provide the LaTeX class file birkmult.cls ready for use with the newer LaTeX versions (LaTeX2e). It can be downloaded from the web page http://www.birkhauser.ch/math/downloads as a zip file, birkmult.zip. The first line in your document should be \documentclass{birkmult}. The class file mainly sets the fonts, margins and spacing. It is based on the standard AMSart class. Hence all of the usual LaTeX and AMS-LaTeX commands can be used inside your document. A small sample file containing a short documentation and being useful as template is also provided in the zip file. The authors are highly recommended not to modify the class file by introducing personal settings and/or definitions. General Remarks: We request, that neither overfull nor underfull boxes are contained in the text, that equations do not exceed the indicated text width, and that hyphenations as well as the page breaks have been checked.
