About the journal
JOURNAL DESCRIPTION
The Journal " Informacije MIDEM ", published quarterly, is a professional - scientific - society publication with a 25 year tradition. In the Journal, contributions of domestic and foreign authors are published covering the field of microelectronics, electronic components and materials. It is actually the central scientific Journal covering this field in Slovenia.
Contributions published in the Journal are :
original scientific papers
technical papers
review papers
preliminary communications
Additionally, application articles, scientific news, news from companies, institutes and universities, reports on actions of the MIDEM Society and its members, as well as other relevant contributions are welcome.
The Executive Editorial Board and the International Advisory Board, whose members are domestic and foreign experts from the field of microelectronics and similar fields, guarantee the high quality of published contributions.
Scientific and technical papers, as well as the Journal itself, are edited in such a way that they meet all the requirements of a scientific journal. All contributions have a title, key words and abstract written in the original, as well as in the English language. The contributions themselves may be written in the Slovene and the English languages. All scientific and technical papers are subject to review.
Scientific and technical papers are assessed into domestic ( COBISS ) and foreign data bases INSPEC and ISI - Institute for Scientific Information (coverage in three products : SciSearch, Research Alert and Materials Science Citation Index )

Instructions to Authors
Additional general information :
- Authors should use SI units and provide alternative units in parenthesis wherever necessary
- Illustrations shoud be black and white on white paper ready for scanning. Each illustration or table should be numbered and with a legend added. Their position in the text should be clearly indicated.
- Authors should send two copies of the paper to the editor. Files should be sent to the editor's Email address. Graphics files, if supplied, should be in TIFF or JPG format.
