About the journal
Indagationes Mathematicae is the quarterly journal for Mathematical Sciences of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences. The journal aims at the publication of original mathematical research papers of high quality, preferably accessible to a broad public. Papers can only be published after having been presented by one of the members or correspondents of the Academy and after having been refereed. Manuscripts longer than 20 pages are subject to special review.
Instructions to Authors
Papers submitted to Indagationes Mathematicae should preferably be written in English and should include a short abstract. The authors's postal address and e-mail address should be provided. In the case of two or more authors please provide the addresses of all the authors and indicate which author should received the proofs of the article. Manuscripts must be printed on one side of the paper with double spacing and wide margins and should be submitted in duplicate.
Please note that additional corrections made in the proof stage may be charged to the author. Upon acceptance of an article, the author(s) will be asked to sign an agreement for publication with the Academy. No page charge will be made, and a total of fifty offprints of each contribution will be made available free of charge.
LaTeX files of paper that have been accepted for publication may be sent by e-mail or on a diskette (3.5" MS-DOS) to the Editorial Department.
The article should be encoded in standard LaTeX (AMS LaTeX is also possible). Whenever possible, proofs will be produced directly from the electronic file without rekeying. No changes from the accepted version are permissible, without the explicit approval by the co-ordinating editor.
