About the journal
A peer-reviewed journal on new and innovative investigations of methods to improve cancer therapy. Includes more selective delivery of drugs, biologicals, radiopharmaceuticals, or other agents, and advances in delivery instrumentation and technology, with the aim of increasing efficacy of therapy and/or decreasing toxicity or improving convenience of therapy. Indexed in Index Medicus, Medline, Current Contents, EMBASE, Excerpta Medica, ISI/Biomed, Science Citation Index-Expanded and SIIC databases.

We welcome contributions on topics of major significance in biotherapy, radiopharmaceuticals, and related fields which may be of the following types: (1) Reviews; (2) Research Papers; and (3) Short Communications. Each co-author accepts responsibility for the entire contents of the manuscript. Contributions to the journal are published at no charge to the author. Once a paper has been accepted for publication, it cannot be withdrawn. Authors will be allowed to indicate one reviewer who should be excluded from review of their manuscript.
Preparation of Manuscript
Be sure these instructions are followed exactly.
Once manuscripts are accepted for publication in CANCER BIOTHERAPY AND RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS, they should be sent to us on disk in Windows Microsoft Word format. Please provide a printout of your manuscript to accompany your disk. If you are unable to provide the manuscripts in this format, we will retype them for publication.
Abstracts
ABSTRACT should be capitalized and centered on the page and have one space below. The text of the abstract is single spaced and should be limited to 200 words. This should appear on a separate page.
Key words
Please provide a short list of key words to follow the Abstract.
Tables and Figures
Each table should be prepared on a separate page in back of the last page of references. Tables should be cited in the text (see Table 1). Tables should be submitted in Microsoft Word.
Each figure should be prepared on a separate page with the figure number in back of the figures. Figure should be cited in text (Fig. 1). Legends should be on a separate page from the figures. Figures may be submitted as electronic files with printouts. Please follow the following caveats when submitting figures electronically:
?nbsp;Provide back-up on a CD or Zip disk.
?nbsp;Color should be saved as CYMK not RGB.
?nbsp;Color and black-and-white photos should be saved at 300 dots per inch (dpi) resolution.
?nbsp;Line art should be saved at 1200 dpi resolution.
?nbsp;Save all figures as either .tiff or .eps files. Avoid submitting jpeg files.
?nbsp;Avoid submitting PowerPoint or Microsoft Word illustration files.
?nbsp;Do not include illustrations as part of your text file.
?nbsp;Please provide a laser printout to ensure accuracy of each figure.
Footnotes
Footnotes should be typed single spaced at the bottom of the appropriate page and separated from the text by a 3-inch line starting from the left margin with one space above and below it. Footnotes should be used only when essential.
Acknowledgments
Collaborations, sources of research funds, and other acknowledgments must be listed in a separate section at the end of the text ahead of the REFERENCES section.
References
Cite references within the text by a superscripted Arabic number as in the following example: [. . .as described previously.1,4]. List references by number (1, 2, etc.) in the order in which they appear in the text. Type single spaced, although separated from each other by one line of space. Use Chemical Abstracts format for references. For journal citations: (1) surname of author(s) and initials; (2) title of article; (3) journal; (4) volume number; (5) first page of citation; and (6) year in parentheses. For book citations: (1) surname of author(s); initials; (2) title of book; (3) editor of book (if applicable); (4) edition of book (if applicable); (5) publisher; (6) city of publication; (7) year of publication (not in parentheses); and (8) page reference (if applicable). For book and journal references, if there are more than four authors, list only the first three, followed by et al. For patents: (1) country of original registration; (2) patent number; and (3) month, day, and year of issuance. When data from an unpublished source are given, supply complete information (e.g., researcher抯 name and location). If work is in press, give journal in which it is to be published or publisher.
Permissions
Written permission to use copyrighted material must be obtained from the publisher (not the author or editor). The publication from which the figure, table, or text is taken must be listed in REFERENCES. Finally, the first footnote of a reprinted table, or the last sentence of the legend of a reprinted figure, should read 搑eprinted by permission from Ref. (00),?using appropriate reference number. All permissions must be listed.
Reprints
Be sure to provide the complete name and address to which reprint requests should be directed. (See general preparation of manuscript instructions.) When the Editor has sent your manuscript to the publisher, you will receive a reprint order form which must be returned in FIVE DAYS.
Disclosures
Funding sources for research must be disclosed for all manuscripts accepted for publication.
