Its editorial focus is on engineering materials (metals and alloys, plastics, ceramics, and composites), and the methods used to process, fabricate, test, and characterize them. Annual AM&P features include the Testing Buyers Guide and Thermal Spray Buyers Guide. The magazine also is home to ASM News, the society's monthly news magazine, and Heat Treating Progress, the Official Voice of the ASM Heat Treating Society.This demographic insert appears six times a year.
